Background After a banking apprenticeship Andreas Bittkau studied Law at the Universities in Munich, Regensburg, Freiburg i.Br. and Geneva.

He started his professional job with a large German bank in Munich (Credit- and corporate banking), where he was involved in founding a Real Estate-project development company, which after some years was taken over by a large regional bank. As the managing director in this company, he was responsible for the realization (incl. finance and marketing) of around 300,000 m2 particularly office- and commercial premises. Furthermore, he worked in a Real Estate investment company. In parallel to this, he focused on PPP and the execution of first PPP-Projects. After about 15 years of Banking- and about 17 years of project development activity, Andreas Bittkau brought his extensive professional experience since the start of 2007 to avocado rechtsanwälte. He has been working with Grothmann | Klemm | Kullack | Fuchs Rechtsanwälte since 2014 at the Munich office.
