Background Ottmar Fuchs first studied Automotive Engineering at the FH Munich and then Law in Regensburg. From 1992, he combined Technology and Law as a lawyer in a reputable law firm in Munich. With his move to a law firm primarily specialized in Real Estate- and Construction Law in Munich in 1999, he further expanded his specialization. From 1999 he has led the Munich office of a law firm primarily dealing in the field of Real Estate project development across Germany. From 2001 onwards, he was responsible for many large projects in a law firm in Munich likewise specialized in Project development. In 2005, Ottmar Fuchs together with his partners started the Munich office for Avocado Rechtsanwälte. He worked there as a partner until 2013. In 2014, Ottmar Fuchs together with Prof. Dr. Torsten Grothmann and Dr. Bernd Klemm-Costa started the law firm Grothmann Klemm Kullack Fuchs with offices in Munich, Frankfurt and Jena.
